Troubleshooting PDF Downloads

If you are having trouble getting the download first and foremost, don't hesitate to contact me at EasyPiecyQuilts@gmail.com.  It is easy to get you the pattern over email if there is an issue.  Don't get frustrated - quilting is supposed to be fun!

Issue #1 - "When I click on the link, I get a bunch of jumbled computer lingo words."

Copy and paste the link into the address bar of your web browser OR close the email and go to the other email you received when you ordered the pattern. It says "Order #xxxx confirmed".  In that email there is a big blue button that says "view your order".  Click on it and it will take you to the download page.

Issue #2 - "I am on an iPad or iPhone and can't get my download."

An iPad is particularly sneaky with a download.  There will be a small downward arrow at the top right of the screen. 

iPhone will have a similar icon at the bottom left of the screen.  Both are right next to the address bar.  Click this downward arrow icon and the download will appear.

 

Issue #3 - "I clicked the download icon and a blank page comes up." 

Give it a few seconds and try again.  It takes a minute or two sometimes for the download to complete.

Typically on any device there will be a Download folder or a Recents folder - check these for the download as well.
